Brisbane Airport's popular and extremely efficient Airtrain service provides regular trains that travel from the airport to Brisbane Central Station, in just over 20 minutes. With good connections to other areas of Brisbane and Queensland, the Airtrain network is one of the fastest and most inexpensive ways to travel to and from Brisbane Airport (BNE). Other BNE airport trains also travel to the nearby Gold Coast, with the train journey lasting around 90 minutes.

Regular buses are available at Brisbane Airport (BNE) from both terminals and are operated by Ex Brisbane City. Travelling to the Brisbane Transit Centre in central Roma Street every 30 minutes, from 05:00 to 21:00, airport buses also travel to the famous Gold Coast and the nearby Sunshine Coast.
These airport buses regularly travel from the airport's Domestic and International Terminal buildings into central Brisbane and are a relatively fast way to travel to nearby Brisbane city centre, and not only use fixed routes into Brisbane, but also provide door-to-door travel to all hotels in the Central Business District (CBD) of Brisbane.
Travel by Hotel Shuttle
A number of Brisbane's larger hotels offer a particularly convenient door-to-door courtesy shuttle bus services for their guests, travelling from Brisbane Airport (BNE), directly to the hotel from outside of the airport's main terminal buildings. Airport hotel shuttles may need to be arranged in advance, so it advisable to check with your hotel before arriving at the airport. The BNE Airport Visitors' Centre will be able to assist with arranging hotel shuttles if required.
Travel by Taxi Cabs
Numerous taxis are available at Brisbane Airport (BNE) outside of the Domestic Terminal, close to both the Qantas area, Virgin Blue area and next to arrivals, in the designated taxi ranks. BNE airport taxis provide a convenient and easy way to travel into nearby Brisbane city and other destinations around Queensland. The journey from Brisbane Airport into central Brisbane will take around 25 minutes, depending on traffic. Official Brisbane BNE airport taxi cabs should always be used, to ensure safety and also to avoid overcharging.
The airport taxi meters in Brisbane start at a basic fare, although extra charges are generally added for ground transport, late-night driving and travel on public holidays in Brisbane, and the journey into nearby Brisbane can prove expensive. Taxis for disabled passengers, or airport passengers with special requirements, can be arranged in the airport's arrival hall.
Travel by Limousines
There are a number of private car limousine companies available at Brisbane Airport (BNE) situated outside of the airport's terminals, providing the perfect way to travel in style to your Brisbane hotel. Limousine services operate to and from Brisbane Airport (BNE) and can usually be leased at an hourly or daily rate if required, although minimum charges may apply. The airport limousines can be booked in advance at the BNE Visitors' Information Centre.
