Brisbane Airport (BNE)
Facilities and Services

(Brisbane, Queensland - QLD, Australia)

Dealing with enormous passengers levels every single day (in the region of 50,000), Brisbane Airport (BNE) has made quite a name for itself in the world of Australian aviation. Facilities have needed to expand in order to meet the demand, and the resident shops and eateries are now supported by a further cluster, based within the neighbouring Airport Village - around 6 km / 4 miles from the Domestic Terminals and some 3 km / 2 miles from the International Terminal).

Expansion plans for the Domestic Terminal Precinct have seen many improvements, with the overall layout being changed from a horseshoe shape into an arrangement in keeping with the other satellites.

Brisbane tourists can make use of the tourist information, the Travelex currency exchange and the airline lounges. There is also a customs enquiries desk, duty free shopping, airline sales desks (Air New Zealand and Qantas) and airline loungers (Qantas Club and Blue Room Virgin Blue).
